Property Value Trends

Records from the Lincoln County Property Valuation Administrator office show that in 2008, total property value in the county went up by more than $40.2 million. In 2009, 2010 and 2011, property values rose by approximately $12 million, $14 million and $7 million respectively. This year, total property value in the county declined by more than $4 million.
