Madison was appointed to the commission in 2010 and has served as secretary and vice president previously.

Quintero was appointed in 2008 and has served as secretary, vice president and president in the past.

Wiggins joined the commission in 2001 and has served as secretary, vice president and president since then.

Each member will serve a one-year term in their posts.

Also, the authority reappointed Wiggins as auditor and named Terry Tornek, representing Pasadena, as treasurer and Dan Feger, the airport’s executive director, as assistant secretary.

The authority is governed by a nine-member commission, and each of the three cities appoints three commissioners to the panel.
