Burbank utility crew back 'cold, tired and full of stories' from Superstorm Sandy relief effort

The 10 electrical linemen from Burbank Water and Power who have been assisting with power restoration and relief efforts in New York City have returned “cold, tired and full of stories,” the city announced Tuesday.
