As part of a long-standing tradition spanning over 25 years, the Burbank Optimist Club is hosting its annual Halloween Carnival at Vickroy Park on the spookiest night of the year, Oct. 31. The address is 2300 Monterey Place. The hours are 5:30 to 8 p.m. and everyone is welcome. It is free and fun. Games, prizes, candy. What could be better? The club offers service learning hours for teen volunteers too.
