Fogerty&rsquo;s television blitz begins tomorrow night on the HBO Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony special, continues Sunday night on CBS&rsquo; <em>ACM Presents: Tim McGraw&rsquo;s Superstar Summer Night Special</em>, rolls on Monday on <em>CBS This Morning</em>, followed by consecutive night performances Tuesday and Wednesday on the <em>Late Show with <strong>David Letterman</strong></em>, and a May 23 appearance on <em>The View</em>.
