    <strong>SAN ANTONIO, TX &mdash; </strong>The U.S. Army All-American Bowl Selection Committee has announced <strong>Dorial Green-Beckham</strong> as the 2012 U.S. Army Player of the Year, given to the nation&rsquo;s most  outstanding senior in high school football.
