    Ray Richmond’s ranting column should have been headlined “A nation held hostage by mental-health professionals.” I hope Mr. Richmond watched 60 Minutes Sunday night. He would have learned that almost all of the mass shooters were mentally ill and the crimes were preventable with proper mental-health treatment. More gun control is not going to fix the mental health problem in this country.
