    As a lifelong resident of Burbank, it is sad to see parking wars occurring between the very businesses that bring life to Magnolia Park. When customers cannot find parking to go to the stores and adjacent coffee shop, clearly there needs to be enforced parking. Adding a crosswalk on Lima Street is a good idea. It would help increase foot traffic to the different businesses, regardless of where one parks their car.
